Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Development Scientist to join our team at Aculife Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, with 0-8 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new products and processes to enhance existing ones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Conduct experiments and collect data to inform product development decisions.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Design and execute clinical trials to test product safety and efficacy.
Work closely with regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical chemistry and biology principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality control procedures.
