Position Summary: Our candidate is seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Development Manager with over 20 years of expertise in real estate development. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the execution of large-scale, high-value real estate projects from post-deal-signing to completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong capability in technical design and project execution, with a solid commercial understanding of project budgeting and performance. The role will focus on ensuring the successful delivery of projects with an emphasis on design, timeline management, cost control, and business plan tracking, ensuring projects are executed at speed, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: 1)Project Management & Execution: Lead the execution phase of real estate development projects from design through to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Act as the main driver of project execution once the deal is signed, focusing on effective design implementation, construction management, and launch readiness. 2)Team Leadership & Coordination: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting effective collaboration and fostering a unified approach to execution. 3)Execution Oversight & Control: Ensure that project execution is efficient and streamlined, focusing on speed and the ability to meet launch deadlines. Oversee business plan tracking and monitoring, ensuring that project deliverables are met according to the approved plan, and identifying any deviations from the original scope or timeline. 4)Financial & Commercial Understanding: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources, and maintaining financial oversight to track costs and identify opportunities for cost-saving. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in real estate, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus. Experience: A minimum of 20 years of experience in real estate development, with a proven track record of managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
