Development Manager, Enterprise Solutions (Salesforce.com)

The Development Manager position at ACA Group in Pune, IN involves leading a team to establish, maintain, operate, and support enterprise systems within the force.com ecosystem. As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing your team, ensuring exceptional service, partnering with Product Managers, actively participating in development within Salesforce and force.com applications, refining the team's backlog, and providing leadership in continuous improvement of the scrum team.
