In this role as a Microservices Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, automating, and maintaining scalable microservices architectures that underpin our applications and services. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless integration, high performance, and reliability of microservices. By leveraging modern technologies and best practices, you will enhance system efficiency and contribute to the overall success of our software solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop solutions using defined coding, documentation, and configuration management techniques and technologies. - Design, test, and implement the software development methodology in an agile environment. - Collaborate with Product Owners and team members to estimate development effort for User Stories/Features. - Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms, actively improving the quality of our offerings. - Collaborate cross-functionally with business/product colleagues and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions. - Provide recommendations for continuous improvement. - Work with Service Delivery/Support to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. - Foster a team environment where team members feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and addressing problems. **Qualifications & Experience:** - B.E./B.Tech/MCA with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Finance/wealth management. **Key Skills:** - Hands-on experience in React, Java, SQL, Micronaut/Spring Boot/Quarkas, JPA/Hibernate, Groovy Grails, Kafka, Git. - Experience with Kafka, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes. - Proficiency in test-driven development and automated testing frameworks. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated self-learning abilities and a successful track record of developing products within deadlines. - Self-motivation and ability to maintain focus amid distractions.
