Designation EUC Engineer The role of IT Infrastructure -End User Computing (DWP) consultant is a specialist role and involve the following roles and responsibilities Design, implement, and manage VDI solutions using Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and AWS Workspaces Manage and maintain mobile device management (MDM) solutions, including Microsoft Intune and VMware AirWatch. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to VDI and device management. Offer consultative and advisory services on EUC Digital Workplace technologies and deployment architectures. This should encompass the entire process from understanding the client s current infrastructure, identifying challenges, and providing suitable solutions. Manage and maintain mobile device management (MDM) solutions, including Microsoft Intune and VMware AirWatch. Develop and implement device management policies and procedures. Ensure the security and compliance of mobile devices and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device management and user support. Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate MDM solutions with existing infrastructure. Engage directly with the client to comprehend both explicit and implicit requirements. Translate these functional requirements into technical specifications. Leverage technologies, such as Ivanti UWM, AppSense, or Citrix WEM, to enhance the end-user experience and streamline EUC environment management. Implement appropriate App Layering techniques to optimize application delivery and management processes. Construct and maintain efficient PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and streamline processes related to EUC management and administration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and tailor solutions to meet these specifications. Demonstrate the ability to establish strategy for clients on matters such as EUC Digital Workplace, Desktop Migration, VDI, Workplace Modernization, Deployments as a Service, Field support services, Mobility, and Workplace Transformations. Conduct an assessment and modernization of the existing Citrix infrastructure to improve efficiency and user satisfaction. Desired Profile A bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. At least 6+ years of experience in the end-user computing (EUC) domain with in-depth knowledge of technologies like Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, Citrix XenApp, and XenDesktop, Ivanti UWM/Citrix WEM. Solid understanding of Active Directory, Domain Migration, Microsoft Technologies, and Cloud-based workspace solutions. Strong experience in utilizing Ivanti UWM, Appsense, or Citrix WEM to enhance user experience and streamline EUC environment management. Advanced PowerShell scripting skills, with a focus on automation and streamlining management tasks. Experience across a wide range of technologies including Desktop Migration, VDI, and AppSense. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience 6 to 9 years Education B.Tech. / BS in Computer Science Technical Skills Certifications Relevant OEM Level Certifications from Citrix, Microsoft, Amazon Azure AVD, Intune, Public Cloud, Intune People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
