Fresher can also apply but in case of both experienced and fresher candidate the main thing we are looking for is that basic accounting concept should be very much clear to the candidate. Should be well versed in both verbal and written communication Hands-on experience with MS Office and Accounting Packages/ERPs. Smart, Young, Dynamic and Sincere in his/her work so that can complete the assigned works with ease and able to handle pressure.
