Desktop/Laptop Hardware Service Engineer

As a Laptop/Desktop Technician, your role will involve providing troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance services for laptops and desktops. You will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing hardware issues, including motherboard, screen, keyboard, and battery replacements. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve software problems such as operating system errors and malware issues. Your duties will also include performing system configurations and updates to ensure optimal performance, as well as installing, configuring, and upgrading laptop/desktop components and software. Conducting preventive maintenance checks will be part of your regular tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Provide laptop/desktop troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. - Diagnose and repair hardware issues including motherboard, screen, keyboard, and battery replacements. - Troubleshoot and resolve software issues such as operating system errors and malware problems. - Perform system configurations and updates for optimal performance. - Install, configure, and upgrade laptop/desktop components and software. - Conduct preventive maintenance checks.
