Job Description

Job Title: Desktop L2 Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop issues (Windows, applications, peripherals)
Handle incident management and service requests within defined SLAs
Perform OS installation, configuration, and patching
Manage endpoint security tools (EDR, antivirus, compliance)
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
Maintain asset inventory and documentation
Assist in network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN issues)
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
Experience with Active Directory & Group Policies
Knowledge of Office 365 / Outlook troubleshooting
Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
Basic understanding of networking concepts
Experience with remote support tools
Good communication and user-handling skills

Pay: ₹250,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
