Roles and responsibilities:
Delivered comprehensive IT support across Helpdesk operations, Storage & Backup management, Asset management.
Performed Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting for software and hardware issues involving desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
Coordinated with AMC vendors to resolve technical issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Ensured all incidents were accurately logged, tracked, and resolved using the incident management system in compliance with SLA requirements.
Managed IT deployments and provided 24/7 operational support through a hybrid onsite and offshore support model.
Diagnosed and resolved complex network issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous network availability.
Demonstrated strong knowledge of network protocols and standards, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, and FTP.
Provided technical support, guidance, and training to end-users and junior team members, improving system utilization and user satisfaction.
Led and contributed to network projects, including upgrades and migrations, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
