Job Description

You should possess good communication skills and have a strong knowledge in troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions in the operation of hardware and software. It is important to maintain all assets and update the asset database regularly. Experience in providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals is required. You should have excellent technical support knowledge for Operating systems, Outlook mail support, and basic network support/troubleshooting. Knowledge in imaging desktops/laptops and troubleshooting LAN/VPN issues for clients is essential. Closing all assigned tickets in the ticketing system within SLA is a key responsibility. Familiarity with troubleshooting DHCP/DNS issues and awareness of IT policies and procedures for executing daily work are important. This is a Full-time job with benefits including Provident Fund. The job requires you to work in Day shift at the specified work location in person.,
