As a Desktop Support Engineer at Dixit Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve providing technical assistance and support to desktop users. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently. Your primary focus will be on desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, OS installation, and Outlook configuration.
