Job Description

As a First Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance to end users based on the available knowledge base. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing desktop and laptop support - Performing basic installation and uninstallation of all desktop applications - Handling ITSM tool and allocating tickets to the appropriate resolver group - Offering support for MAC-related calls - Supporting mobile devices - Installing business-related software - Ensuring software compliance on all end-user devices To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Hardware and operating system knowledge - Software application knowledge - ITIL knowledge - Good communication skills - Basic knowledge of networks - Familiarity with Apple products - MCSE or similar certification Candidates with a BE / B.Tech / B Sc-IT degree will be preferred, and those holding certifications in MCSA/MCSE will be given special consideration.,
