Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Install and maintain hardware and computer peripherals, ensuring proper functionality.
Install and upgrade operating systems and software applications as needed.
Troubleshoot networking issues, ensuring stable connections and minimal downtime.
Advise on and implement software or hardware upgrades to improve system efficiency.
Provide technical support, addressing issues and offering solutions in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

UG/PG degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, IT).
Knowledge of popular operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking protocols.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical staff.
Good written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and collaboration.
