Desktop Support Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for window installation, software installation, and finding hardware diagnostic issues such as RAM, hard disk, and SMPS. Key Responsibilities: - Install windows operating system and configure software applications - Perform hardware diagnostic tests to identify issues with RAM, hard disk, and SMPS - Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware problems Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in window installation and software installation - Knowledge of hardware components and diagnostic tools - Strong problem-solving skills Additional Company Details: The company offers a full-time job position with benefits such as a flexible schedule, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
