Job Description

Description

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software on desktops and laptops
Resolve network connectivity issues and troubleshoot network problems
Maintain and update inventory of hardware and software
Assist with the setup and configuration of new equipment and software
Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and software
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation

Skills and Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in desktop support or a related field
Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
Experience with remote desktop support tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
