We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to end-users. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware, software, and IT systems across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Respond to technical support tickets (in-person or remotely) Support for printers, scanners, and other peripherals Set up new user accounts and provide access to systems Ensure antivirus and system updates are up to date Maintain inventory of IT assets and update logs Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair or replacement Provide support for email clients and office applications Required Skills: Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and network troubleshooting Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team Experience with remote support tools (optional but preferred) Understanding of LAN, WAN, and IP addressing is a plus Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Certifications like A+, N+, or MCP are a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Education: Diploma (Required) Experience: Desktop support: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
