Field Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Provide
on-site support
for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot issues related to
Windows OS, MS Office, Email (Outlook), and standard applications
.
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as required.
Resolve
network connectivity issues
including LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic router/modem checks.
Log incidents, service calls, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for unresolved issues.
Provide support for
new user onboarding
, device setup, and configurations.
Ensure timely visits to customer sites and maintain high service standards.
Maintain and update asset records and service logs.
Support users in troubleshooting
antivirus, VPN, and domain login-related issues
.
Ensure SLA compliance and deliver strong customer satisfaction.
