Field Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide

    on-site support

    for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to

    Windows OS, MS Office, Email (Outlook), and standard applications

  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as required.
  • Resolve

    network connectivity issues

    including LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic router/modem checks.
  • Log incidents, service calls, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for unresolved issues.
  • Provide support for

    new user onboarding

    , device setup, and configurations.
  • Ensure timely visits to customer sites and maintain high service standards.
  • Maintain and update asset records and service logs.
  • Support users in troubleshooting

    antivirus, VPN, and domain login-related issues

  • Ensure SLA compliance and deliver strong customer satisfaction.
