Job description*
Laptop/Desktop/Workstation (User Endpoints):
Formatting (windows 10 Latest Built n-3)
Ability to troubleshoot Hardware / OS Issues : Slowness /Hanging/Data recovery/Motherboard/SMPS related issue.
Basic Network troubleshoot of User Endpoints
Basic knowledge of MS Office-Word/PPT/Excel (Office 16 and above)
Basic knowledge of local/IP based Printer/Scanner installation, paper jam issue/printing options & ability to troubleshoot the integration issues
Basic knowledge of back up tools Like SCDPM or any storage tools as per previous organization.
