Desktop Admin Officer (Female)

The Desktop Admin Officer position is located in Phase 8B, Mohali and requires 6 months to 1 year of experience. The salary range for this role is between 12,000 to 15,000 per month. Female candidates are preferred for this full-time, on-site job opportunity. As a Desktop Admin Officer, you will be responsible for setting up desktops, laptops, and office devices, performing software installations and updates, troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues, and coordinating with senior IT team members for escalated support needs. Additionally, you will be maintaining records of assets and system configurations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on support requests, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations. The ideal candidate for this role should have basic knowledge of the Windows operating system, familiarity with computer setup and basic software installation, and the ability to identify and troubleshoot minor system, hardware, or network issues. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with an eagerness to learn and grow in the IT/technical field. A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team are also key requirements for this position.
