Designer- Interiors | Architecture

We are seeking a highly motivated Interior Designer I to join our Interiors team in Pune . This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will provide design and technical support across all phases of interior architecture projectsfrom conceptual design to construction documentationwhile working under the guidance of senior designers and project leads. Key Responsibilities: Design Support: Assist in the creation of design drawings, plans, elevations, millwork details, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), and furniture layouts. Develop presentation materials and high-quality renderings for client meetings. Support the team in producing finish plans, color schedules, and material boards. Apply fundamental design principles such as form, proportion, scale, color, texture, light, and pattern. Technical Documentation: Participate in the preparation of detailed interior construction documents including sections, elevations, and specifications using Revit (BIM) . Assist with space planning, benchmarking, and area analysis. Research and help specify furniture, materials, and finishes. Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with the firms Project Procedures Manual . Project Coordination & Management: Organize daily tasks and work schedules to meet deadlines. Conduct quality checks on drawings and documents for accuracy and clarity. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced project environment. Take ownership of learning and professional development. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline. Experience: 0–3 years of professional experience, preferably in BIM-based projects . Software Skills: Proficiency in Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, and 3D modeling/rendering tools. Design Knowledge: Basic understanding of interior design theory and construction documentation. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication; able to work collaboratively. Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to project needs. Preferred Qualifications (a plus): Knowledge of international building codes, materials, and construction techniques. Familiarity with sustainable design principles. LEED Accreditation or interest in sustainability is an advantage.
