Were seeking a 3D Designer who can transform abstract financial concepts into engaging, interactive three-dimensional experiences
Youll be working closely with our Product Designer, Frontend Developer, and Data Science team to integrate 3D assets into modern web interfaces Whether youre building WebGL-powered visualizations or crafting immersive 3D illustrations, your work will define a new visual language for financial tech one with depth, motion, and meaning This role does not require heavy coding, but a foundational understanding of how 3D assets are used on the web (especially with technologies like Three js or Spline) is essential The chance to pioneer a 3D visual language in fintech A collaborative, design-forward team with clear tech support Creative freedom to explore new ideas and bring them to life Growth opportunities as our creative and product vision scales Competitive compensation and visibility across the organization Hands-on experience with Three js, Spline, or WebGL projects Knowledge of data visualization in 3D, especially financial data Familiarity with Figma and working within UI/UX design systems Experience optimizing 3D for web (performance, LOD, compression) Background in motion design or animation Personal/experimental 3D projects that show artistic curiosity Basic knowledge of JavaScript and how 3D integrates into web code A portfolio showcasing impressive 3D design work (this matters most) 1-3 years of experience in 3D design, preferably for digital/web products Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent 3D tools Ability to export optimized assets (eg, glb, gltf) for use on the web Familiarity with web-friendly formats, polygon reduction, baking, and texture mapping Understanding of basic interaction workflows using tools like Spline or Three js (dev support provided) An eye for brand alignment, spatial aesthetics, and visual storytelling Comfortable collaborating with product, frontend, and data teams A bachelors degree or equivalent training (but your work matters more) Interactive 3D elements that make financial interfaces more intuitive WebGL-ready 3D assets and scenes for use in modern web apps Stylized 3D illustrations that enhance our brand across platforms Motion-based 3D interactions and animations that guide user flows Product demos and visualizations that make complex tools feel tangible Optimized 3D models that perform smoothly across devices and browsers Assets that plug into our design system with spatial consistency
