Design & Sales Coordinator (HVAC)

As a Sales Design & Coordinator at Snowturf Refrigeration LLP, your role will involve supporting refrigeration and modular cold room projects by preparing technical designs, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth project execution. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prepare layout designs, technical drawings, and BOQs using AutoCAD. - Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide timely responses. - Support the sales team with technical inputs, quotations, and project documentation. - Maintain and update sales records, project trackers, and reports in Excel. - Collaborate with the project and engineering teams for design approvals and execution. - Follow up with clients regarding proposals, approvals, and order processing. - Assist in preparing presentations, technical documentation, and design files. - Ensure proper communication flow between clients, sales team, and internal departments.
