Design Partner (Reg. - Architect)

This is a contract-based role for a Design Partner (Registered Architect) who can be either an individual architect or a studio with 4 to 6 years of experience in operations. The Design Partner will primarily be responsible for architectural design and project management, including site visits, creating 2D/3D layout and elevation designs, managing PMC services, and enabling DE's proprietary technology. The ideal candidate should possess strong architecture and architectural design skills, along with project management experience. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are a must, as well as a good understanding of industry trends and technologies. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture is a mandatory requirement for this role. Remuneration: The Design Partner can earn up to Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 monthly, based on performance and project outcomes.,
