Key Responsibilities

• Meet and interact with verified clients provided by HomeLane’s sales team.
• Understand client requirements, budgets, and preferences to create customized design solutions.
• Prepare design presentations and proposals that align with HomeLane’s standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, execution) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Be available to work from the assigned

  Experience Partner (XP) Studio

  at least

  3 days a week

  (including weekends).
• Manage client meetings and design discussions from

  11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

  on studio days.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and timely project closures.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

  Minimum

  2+ years

  in interior design.

• Expertise:

  Strong knowledge of

  modular interiors

  (kitchens, wardrobes, and full-home designs).

• Background:

  Residential design experience preferred; commercial exposure is a plus.

• Skills:

• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to use design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and functionality.

• Work Model:

  Freelance / Project-based (
