Design Manager- (Women's Wear)-UK/Europe

As a candidate for this position, you should have past experience in managerial roles leading cross-functional teams. You are expected to be an expert in translating market trends into compelling designs, overseeing the entire design process from concept development to production, and ensuring the seamless execution of designs that resonate with the target audience. Your role will require you to consistently demonstrate a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams. You are also expected to have comprehensive knowledge of fashion trends, fabric sourcing, and technical garment construction. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, and you should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. The ideal candidate will have a total of 7 years of work experience, preferably in a similar role.
