Designation: Manager Design US

The Manager - Design will be responsible for managing all aspects of our design and creative output. The person will ensure that the design and creative deliverables are aligned to client expectations and executed within stipulated time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

? Planning of Layout, Concept Designing of Interior Fit-outs of Commercial & Residential Spaces within defined timelines

? Managing a team of Interior Designers and 3D Visualizers to deliver drawings and designs as per client Requirement and Budget

? Understanding Client's requirement, Client Engagement & Handling of Project from start to end, Coordination with internal Procurement Team & Site Execution Team for Smooth Functioning of Project

? Selection of Material Finishes to be used/applied & Approval of same from Client

? Making of various schedules for a project like furniture, general & decorative light fixtures, carpets, etc.

? Coordination with Graphic Designers for Creation of Wallpaper Designs & other Graphic Design Elements as per Client's requirement & feedback

? Knowledge of Working Drawings/Technical Drawings & Co-ordination of same at site for execution

Skills:

? 4+ years in designing corporate & residential spaces. Knowledge about interior elements and building structure

? Strong Design sense

? Well versed with design codes followed in the different states of USA

? Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirement and goals

? Track record of delivering outstanding high quality design, leading teams on high profile projects.

? Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong, persuasive communicator with excellent verbal presentation skills and ability to communicate design concepts to clients.

? Process oriented, ambitious out-of-the-box approach with an ability to motivate team members

? Excellent decision making and problem solving skills

? Comprehensive and extensive knowledge of materials, costing, GFC details

? Understanding of client engagement

? Understanding of technical drawings

? Multi-tasking ability

Exposure to the following:

o Drafting skills - Proficient in Autocad o Quantity Assessment - Proficient in MS Excel o Photoshop, Sketchup / 3DS-Max o Design conceptualization writing o Project pitch presentations
