Design Manager

Role Overview: As a Design Engineer, your main responsibility is to ensure the accuracy and quality of electrical panel designs to meet or exceed customer expectations. You will be measured on various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Design Accuracy, Project Timeliness, Innovation Rate, First-Time Approval Rate, Design Revisions, Compliance with Standards, Customer Satisfaction with Design, Design Complexity, Cost-Effective Design, Collaboration & Communication, Training & Development, and Error Rate. Your role involves closely monitoring the design process to track project completion speed, assess new feature introductions, ensure compliance with industry standards, collect customer feedback, evaluate design complexity, balance cost-efficiency with quality, foster collaboration, promote ongoing training, and analyze errors in final designs. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the accuracy and quality of electrical panel designs - Monitor the design process to track project completion speed - Assess the introduction of new features in designs - Ensure designs comply with industry standards - Collect customer feedback on designs - Evaluate the complexity of designs - Balance cost-efficiency with design quality - Foster collaboration within the team and other departments - Promote ongoing training for continuous improvement - Analyze errors in final designs Qualifications Required: - Detail-oriented individual - Innovative mindset - Passion for creating high-quality electrical panel designs - Ability to ensure customer satisfaction - Adherence to industry standards Additional Details: This is a Full-time, Permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and paid time off.
