As a Design Engineer, your key responsibility is to ensure the accuracy and quality of electrical panel designs to meet or exceed customer expectations. You will be measured on various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Design Accuracy, Project Timeliness, Innovation Rate, First-Time Approval Rate, Design Revisions, Compliance with Standards, Customer Satisfaction with Design, Design Complexity, Cost-Effective Design, Collaboration & Communication, Training & Development, and Error Rate. Your role involves closely monitoring the design process to track how quickly projects are completed, assessing the introduction of new features, ensuring designs comply with industry standards, collecting customer feedback, evaluating design complexity, balancing cost-efficiency with quality, fostering collaboration within the team and other departments, promoting ongoing training, and analyzing errors in final designs. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
