We aim to conceptualise and design a collection of evening bags for Brand IRTH, with a strong
focus on hand embroidery and intricate beading work as the central design elements. The collection will reflect
IRTHs ethos of timeless elegance blended with artisanal craftsmanship. Embroidery and beading patterns will
be uniquely developed and visualised specifically for each bag silhouette.
Key Deliverables:
1. Design Story & Conceptual Direction
Development of an overarching theme and visual identity for the collection
2. Design Presentation & Finalisation
Creation of concept boards, bag sketches, embroidery patterns, and material direction for approval
3. Technical Pack (Tech Pack) Creation
Detailed specifications including dimensions, materials, hardware, embroidery layouts, and construction notes
4. Briefing to NPD & Factory Teams
Comprehensive handover including tech packs, swatches, and design intent explanation for sampling and
production
