Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Trend Research & Analysis: Stay updated on the latest global jewellery trends, fashion forecasts, and emerging materials. Conduct regular market research to identify design inspirations and keep our collections fresh and relevant. Creative Design Development: Create unique and innovative jewellery designs across various categories (rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc.) that align with the brand’s aesthetic while reflecting current market demands. 2D & 3D Design Expertise: Develop detailed 2D sketches and 3D digital renderings using industry-standard software. Ensure designs are both aesthetically appealing and feasible for production. Material Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of various jewellery materials (precious metals, gemstones, alloys, enamels, etc.) and their properties, ensuring designs are crafted using suitable materials that meet quality standards. Feasibility for Manufacturing: Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective. Make necessary adjustments to designs based on feasibility, technical requirements, and production constraints. Prototyping & Sampling: Work closely with the prototyping team to bring designs to life, making sure that the final product aligns with the design vision while meeting quality and design specifications. Collaboration & Communication: Work alongside other designers, product development teams, and marketing departments to ensure designs align with brand vision and customer needs. Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders. Continuous Learning & Innovation: Actively engage in learning new design techniques, software, and trends in the jewellery industry to continuously elevate the creativity and functionality of our collections.
