Design Head- Gems and Jewelry

As a Jewellery Designer in our team, you will play a crucial role in creating unique and innovative jewellery designs that align with our brand's aesthetic and meet market demands. Your responsibilities will include: - Trend Research & Analysis: Stay updated on the latest global jewellery trends, fashion forecasts, and emerging materials. Conduct regular market research to identify design inspirations. - Creative Design Development: Generate jewellery designs across categories like rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings that reflect current market demands. - 2D & 3D Design Expertise: Develop detailed 2D sketches and 3D digital renderings using industry-standard software to ensure designs are both visually appealing and production-feasible. - Material Knowledge: Understand various jewellery materials such as precious metals, gemstones, alloys, enamels, etc., to choose suitable materials meeting quality standards for crafting designs. - Feasibility for Manufacturing: Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective. Adjust designs based on technical requirements and production constraints. - Prototyping & Sampling: Work closely with the prototyping team to bring designs to life, ensuring the final product meets quality and design specifications. - Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with other designers, product development teams, and marketing departments to align designs with brand vision and customer needs. Clearly present design concepts to stakeholders. - Continuous Learning & Innovation: Engage in learning new design techniques, software, and industry trends to enhance the creativity and functionality of our collections. In addition to the key responsibilities, you will need a total of 5 years of work experience in jewellery design. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.,
