Design Engineering Professional

As a Software Engineer in our team, you will be responsible for writing high-quality, efficient, and reusable designs. You will propose solutions to complex problems, simplify business use cases with new and improved processes, and provide software solutions to address business challenges. It will be your responsibility to document design artifacts in UML and other key design artifacts. You will collaborate closely with Solution and Tech Architects to consult and align with the strategic vision and roadmap. Your role will involve designing robust and reusable modules and building blocks that are scalable and reusable. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions are aligned with business goals is essential. Ensuring that software design and architecture meet scalability, performance, and security requirements will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will implement and promote industry best practices and drive architecture governance processes. Investigating and resolving complex technical issues will also be part of your role. Collaborating with product owners to understand project requirements and deliver quality software solutions is crucial. Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously improving skills, and staying informed about software engineering advancements is expected. You should be able to write technical documentation effectively or use industry-standard tools to generate the same.
