He/she should have hands on experience in product development.
He/she has worked in SPM Design, Automation Industry,
BIW fixture Robotic Lines, Plant engineering Or Process industry.
He/she has actively involved in designing of structural parts, mechanism, engineering drawings.
Responsible for structural components concept / system design deliveries as per plan
Generate concept models and drawings of SPM, Automation layout, Plant layout, Welding fixtures, assemblies, part details, BOM etc.
Selection of bought out components like Pumps, Hyd / Electric motor, Sensors, Torque arm etc. as per design requirement
Collection and interpretation of engineering data & ensure that the design is conducted in accordance with quality assurance requirements
Conduct design reviews & ability to present in front of stakeholders and managers.
Find creative design solutions to problems & prepare 3D models and drawings of products using CAD Follow ISO standard practices,
Best Practices of department / Customer & Relevant design standards to deliver the results
Design custom automated and semi-automated machines, fixtures, and tools to support everything from early prototype builds to mass production
