As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be an integral part of the product development team contributing to the design, prototyping, and validation of mechanical Systems. You'll work closely with senior engineers, cross-functional teams, and manufacturing partners to bring innovative ideas to life.
Product Design & Development
- Develop 3D models, assemblies, and detailed 2D drawings using SolidWorks
- Participate in concept development, feasibility studies, and DFM/DFMEA activities.- Design mechanical subsystems such as enclosures, drive modules, and mechanisms.- Collaborate in prototype fabrication and testing cycles, analyzing results to refine designs.
- Assist in defining test procedures for durability, load, and environmental performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and propose design improvements based on testing and field data.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with manufacturing technologies, materials, and industry trends.
- Suggest improvements to reduce cost, enhance reliability, or improve assembly efficiency.
