Design Engineer - Solar MW Projects

As a Jr./ Sr. Executive - Design Engineer in the Design department in Nepal, you will be responsible for collaborating with the sales team and project engineers to gather project requirements and develop solar power plant designs that are technically sound and commercially viable. Your role will involve coordinating with Design Executives in India and internationally to ensure design consistency and integration across all project phases. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support to the design team, ensuring the use of best practices and innovative solutions in solar design. You will oversee the design process to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical degree. Proficiency in software such as Auto CAD, PV-SYST, and Google Sketch is required. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food provision, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
