Design Engineer (Mechanical- Sheet Metal)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Should have knowledge of Sheet metal fabrication.

Will be responsible for developing design.

· Acoustic enclosures & containers for DG sets.

· Acoustic enclosures for other mechanical / electrical / electrical equipment’s.

· Acoustic room treatment for DG sets & other equipment’s.

· Should have knowledge of 3D-Modelling Software “Solid Works”.

· Verify Tender documents & BOQ preparation

· Cost estimation of products.

· Handling part modeling, assembly & detailed drawing with GD&T using Solid Works

· Design new engineering products (Sheet Metal) and processes Knowledge

· Relevant work experience in NPD (New Product Development).

· Structural Design Analysis.

Shall be responsible for carrying out:

1. 3-D Modelling of acoustic enclosures & Acoustic room treatment designs & software on solid works.

2. Product development designs in AutoCAD.

3. Assist factory in case of any issues related to Design.

4. Nesting of components using RADON software.

5. Site Visits with Senior Engineers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
