Job Title: Sr. Technical Lead Special Purpose Machine, Mechanical & Design & Development Having minimum 10 years of experience of SPM activity Job Description: Program Management : Oversee and manage complex programs related to special purpose machines, ensuring all project deliverables meet stringent timelines. Cross-Functional Team (CFT) Coordination : Lead and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Design and Development : Responsible for the design and development of special purpose machinery, ensuring innovation and reliability in design. Project Execution : Collect and define the scope of projects before execution, ensuring error-free and efficient design. Vendor Management : Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of components and services. Quality Assurance : Ensure the highest standards of quality in design, manufacturing, and assembly processes. Technical Expertise : Utilize knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and understanding of manufacturing processes, construction methods, and assembly techniques. Training and Development : Train new team members on design and assembly processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Troubleshooting and Maintenance : Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mechanical equipment and PLC systems, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime. Desired Profile: Education : Diploma / B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Mechanical Mechatronics, or Instrumentation. Experience : 8-12 years in design and development of special purpose machines. Skills : Proficiency in CAD software, strong understanding of manufacturing processes, team handling experience, and material selection, surface treatment, selection of transmission parts. Location: Pune, Maharashtra.
