Design Engineer (Mechanical)

As a Designer (SolidWorks), you will be responsible for various tasks related to technical understanding, innovation, communication, project management, and CAD software. Your role will involve developing and designing products and systems based on customer requirements and industry standards. In addition, you will be conducting research and testing to ensure the feasibility and viability of design ideas. Collaboration with other departments such as manufacturing and quality control will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize technical understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanics - Demonstrate innovation by generating new ideas - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to convey technical concepts - Manage projects, deadlines, and budgets efficiently - Utilize CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, for design tasks - Collaborate with different areas of the organization for seamless workflow - Review and provide feedback on designs from other engineers - Maintain specifications, drawings, and technical manuals - Troubleshoot design-related issues and implement necessary changes Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in SolidWorks and other CAD software - Strong communication skills - Project management experience - Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanics - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment In this role, you will also be entitled to benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
