As a Civil Engineer specializing in Site Development, your primary role will involve staying updated with the latest advancements in Civil 3D software and civil engineering practices. You will be responsible for tasks such as site plan and grading plan preparation, pavement design, drainage area maps, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, utility plan preparation, erosion control plans, and stormwater management plans. Your experience in working on residential and commercial site development projects will be crucial in ensuring that designs meet client requirements and recognized codes and standards. Additionally, you will be expected to manage projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction, while also mentoring junior team members and interns. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a minimum of 3-6 years of design experience, particularly in land development projects in the USA. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for conducting client meetings and providing technical support to graduate engineers. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Hydro CAD, and Civil 3D SSA is required for this role.
