Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Design Engineer IV to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and review specifications, including design criteria, for complex engineering projects.
Apply cost-effective total project solutions using Cost Competitive Execution techniques.
Participate in equipment and material procurement, permitting, and subcontracting activities.
Perform calculations, specify equipment, and solve moderately complex engineering problems.
Review vendor equipment documentation for compliance with project requirements.
Analyze and recommend solutions to problems with varying complexity according to organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized institution.
Minimum 8 years of work-related experience in the field.
Strong knowledge of technical skills such as AutoCAD, CAD, Civil, Site, Structural, and Project management.
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
Advanced knowledge of discipline codes and standards, commercial availability, and cost of materials.
Practical field experience and intermediate computer and software skills.
Professional registration and membership in technical society is preferred.
Effort-hour estimating and staff forecasting skills are required.
