Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Design Engineer IV to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the field.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and review specifications, including design criteria, for complex engineering projects.
  • Apply cost-effective total project solutions using Cost Competitive Execution techniques.
  • Participate in equipment and material procurement, permitting, and subcontracting activities.
  • Perform calculations, specify equipment, and solve moderately complex engineering problems.
  • Review vendor equipment documentation for compliance with project requirements.
  • Analyze and recommend solutions to problems with varying complexity according to organizational objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 8 years of work-related experience in the field.
  • Strong knowledge of technical skills such as AutoCAD, CAD, Civil, Site, Structural, and Project management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
  • Advanced knowledge of discipline codes and standards, commercial availability, and cost of materials.
  • Practical field experience and intermediate computer and software skills.
  • Professional registration and membership in technical society is preferred.
  • Effort-hour estimating and staff forecasting skills are required.
