Design Engineer-Hydraulics and Creo-Pipe routing

As a Design Engineer specializing in Hydraulics and Creo with a focus on Pipe routing, your role will involve the following: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for designing and developing hydraulic systems and pipe routing using Creo software. Your main tasks will include creating 2D/3D concept drawings, preparing Bill of Materials, and executing large assembly management. Additionally, you will be required to work on sheet metal modeling and detailing, tube and hose routing, and selecting appropriate hydraulic components. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize Creo 4.0 modules for hydraulics and pipe routing, sheet metal modeling and detailing, and large assembly management. - Create 2D/3D concept drawings and prepare Bill of Materials. - Design tube routing, hose routing (e.g. Suction line, Delivery line, power steering line, fuel line) using Creo-piping module and generate associated drawings. - Select appropriate Pipes/Hoses and end-fittings based on design requirements. - Demonstrate a good understanding of hydraulic layouts basic principles. - Develop sheet metal modeling and detailing. - Interpret complex drawings and execute Wind-chill PDM. - Apply GD&T principles following ASME Y 14.5 standards. - Work independently with minimal support, showcasing strong communication skills both written and oral. **Qualifications Required:** - B. Tech (Mechanical) or DME degree. - Minimum 4 years of overall work experience in Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design. - Proficiency in Creo software with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. - Knowledge of PTC Windchill, GD&T, and hydraulic components.
