Design Engineer-Hydraulics and Creo-Pipe routing

As a Design Engineer specializing in Hydraulics and Creo with a focus on Pipe routing, your main responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating proficiency in CAD Tool by utilizing Creo 4.0 modules for tasks such as: - Hydraulics and pipe routing - Sheet metal Modelling and Detailing - Large Assembly Management - Utilizing your 3+ years of hands-on experience to prepare 2D/3D concept drawings and Bill of materials using Creo modeling. - Applying your expertise in tube routing, Hose routing (e.g., Suction line, Delivery line, power steering line, fuel line) through Creo-piping module and creating corresponding drawings. - Selecting Pipes/Hoses and their end-fittings while possessing a strong fundamental knowledge of Hydraulic components. - Having a good grasp of hydraulic layouts basic principles and executing Wind-chill PDM effectively. - Working knowledge on GD&T following ASME Y 14.5 standards. - Independently managing tasks with minimal support and demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills. Qualifications required for this role include: - B. Tech (Mechanical)/ DME as a basic qualification. - Minimum 4 years of overall work experience, preferably in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design. - Significant experience in Creo modeling, particularly in the specified modules. - Proficiency in reading complex drawings and executing tasks independently.
