Design Engineer (Foundry)

DKP Recruiter is hiring for the Position of Designer – Foundry

**Location:** Kulgachia, Uluberia

**Experience:** 2–6 Years

**Industry:** Foundry / Metal Casting / Manufacturing

**Working Days:** 6 Days a Week

**Benefits:** Accommodation + PF

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and modify 2D/3D models of castings, patterns, and core boxes

* Collaborate with production and NPD teams for tooling development

* Optimize gating and riser systems (if simulation tools are used)

* Maintain drawings and revision documentation

* Coordinate with vendors for tooling and casting feasibility

**Skills Required:**

* AutoCAD (mandatory)

* SolidWorks / Creo / CATIA / Siemens NX (any one)

* Trio (preferred)

* Basic GD\&T and manufacturing tolerance knowledge

* MS Office for reports and BOMs

* Casting simulation tools like Magmasoft / ProCAST (optional)

**Qualification:** Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Tool Design
