We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer to join our team at Chanderpur Group in Radaur, Yamunanagar. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SolidWorks and possess 4+ years of experience in designing, drafting, and modeling mechanical components and assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks. Create and review designs for mechanical components and assemblies. Work closely with the engineering team to meet design specifications and standards. Conduct design analysis to ensure structural integrity and functionality. Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure smooth transition from design to production. Prepare technical documentation, such as assembly instructions and BOM (Bill of Materials). Continuously improve designs by implementing feedback from senior engineers and team members.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling, design, and drafting.
Knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Experience with creating and reviewing technical drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
