Role & responsibilities : Develop concepts for medical products. Should be capable of modelling 3D Design, Drawing, GD&T, Tolerance Stack up. Hands on in Injection molded plastic design, vacuum formed part design, Sheetmetal sub assembly & assembly design. Able to proactively coordinate & seek help of experts during roadblocks. Committed to on time delivery of engineering deliverable w/ quality. Hands-on in conducting lab experiments to corelate with design calculations. Hands on experience in engineering change process ECR & ECN Preferred candidate profile : Must have independently designed a medical product like Patient Monitor, Defibrillator, CPAP BiPA, ECG X-Ray or equivalent. Injection molded plastic enclosure design for medical products is a must. Must be part of complete product development cycle of medical product. Should have worked in Manufacturing, R&D and cross functional environment. Should be expert in Creo Parametric, Proficient in SolidWorks & Hands on with AutoCAD. Must be good at creating manufacturing drawings. Should have basic FEA skills to give input for Structural analysis, Thermal Analysis & CFD Analysis Tool & Die design background is an added advantage Interested can reach me on shwetha.hc@bpl.in
