Job Description

Education:- ITI / Diploma in MEPF draughtsman ship Experience:- 2-7 years Approx. in HVAC design, drawings & 3d models in Revit. Software skills:- Revit MEP & AutoCAD is must Role:- Permanent Job Description:- Industrial projects experience is must in buildings like Warehouses, admin building, medical center, electrical buildings, and any other support facilities buildings. Ability to prepare HVAC & Plumbing layouts and sections and 3dmodel in detail in Revit software in different work sets. Ability to prepare Revit families on own for different types of valves or joineries etc.. as required in each project. Should be able to extract material schedules for all the materials for all these services mentioned. To prepare details for all these services under guidance of design engineer in Revit software. To prepare and calculate all materials for BOQ for all the services. To co-ordinate with other disciplines and gather inputs. Ability to handle multi – discipline projects. Practical understanding of structures, specifications, and details drawings for the buildings. Able to accept responsibility and complete the work assigned by engineer within the time frame.
