Design Draftsman/woman

Job Description

Assist in the design and detailing of mechanical equipment including screw conveyors, dust collectors, silos, hoppers, and supporting structures. Collaborate with senior engineers to generate Bill of Materials (BOM), GA drawings, and part lists. Support in calculations for sizing components such as screw diameters, drive power, flow rates, etc. Evaluate and select appropriate materials, manufacturing processes, and design methodologies Ensure that designs comply with relevant industry standards and company specifications. Coordinate with production and procurement teams for design clarifications and part feasibility Prepare 2D fabrication drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD software. Maintain drawing records, revision history, and documentation in an organized manner. Selection of products to match customer's requirement / application.
