Design Coordinator - Architect (Civil & Interior-fitout)

You are an experienced Architect - Design Coordinator with over 2 years of experience in civil works and interior fit-out projects. Your role involves showcasing a strong design sense, project management skills, and hands-on experience in on-site coordination. You will have the opportunity to lead projects, ensuring high-quality design and execution from concept to completion. Your responsibilities include preparing detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and joinery details for interior fit-out works. Collaboration with interior designers, architects, and site teams is crucial to understand project requirements. It is essential to ensure that all drawings meet company standards, project specifications, and local regulations. Additionally, you will coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material and installation details, maintain organized drawing logs, and attend client meetings to provide design presentations. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in civil and interior fit-out projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office is required, while knowledge of Revit is a plus. Having a strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methodologies, along with excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills are essential. You must be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and be available to join immediately.
