DESIGN CONCEPTUALIZER

As an Interior Designer or Interior Architect at BRIC Group, you will be responsible for conceptualizing designs for a variety of projects. You should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture along with at least 5 years of experience in boutique design firms. International education or work exposure will be advantageous but not mandatory. Your primary role will involve developing design concepts for architectural and interior projects. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing your proficiency in creating concept designs. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, design software, and MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, is essential for this role. Experience in boutique architecture and interior design studios across various project types such as commercial, residential, hospitality, and institutional projects is key. You should be capable of independently evolving design ideas, collaborating with teams, conducting extensive research on design options, and presenting detailed design packages effectively. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing the design process for different project types, developing original design concepts, translating sketches into technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets. You will also be expected to maintain high design quality, attention to detail, and project documentation while meeting internal and client-facing deliverables. In addition, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a client-facing demeanor, and the ability to prepare detailed concept drawings and presentations are essential for success in this role.
