Thermosystems Pvt Ltd List of Responsibilities: Experience : 8-16 years of relevant experience in handling of large-scale Civil Construction projects. A competent professional with technical acumen and project management skills for handling large scale Infrastructure development projects from conceptual stage to final delivery Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech (Civil) from a reputed institute Location : Noida, Sector-2 Software Required : Autocad, Staad Pro & Foundation, MAT3D, Revit, Tekla, 3D Modeling on PDMS, E3D, Microstation Senior Civil Engineer is a member of the project management Team who is responsible to oversee the design and building of large construction projects including Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Material Handling projects pipelines & buildings and prepare project plans, inspect designs and manage budgets and resources. Manage a team of Engineers who are responsible for overseeing project activities. Coordinate with the project management team during the FEED, Basic Engg & EPC stages. Provide direction and leadership to the Civil Engineers. Responsible for production of deliverables, which may include engineering support to design calculations, specifications, procedures, analysers, progress reports, bid evaluations, study report and various 3rd party submissions or contractors submissions. Performs inter -discipline& discipline QA/QC and engineering compliance checks on all work performed by themselves or Junior engineers within group. Understands company requirements; identifies and addresses design parameters and problem; develop and implements solutions. Independently evaluate, organize and priorities work which normally subject to internal checking and approval, interface with other project specialist and Lead engineers. Manage direct reports including managing work allocation, training, mentoring, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic. website: www.thermosystems.co.in Functional Skill Good exposure in Civil design and core standard specifications, Structural and Civil load calculations, Equipment facing, Familiar with overall Plot plant, Civil Foundation, Shallow, Depth, Stone & Concrete Column, etc. Should have Soil Investigation and Topography exposure. Experience of coordinating with project engineering team during FEED and EPC stages. Experience of coordinating with contractors and sub-contractors during construction stage. Confidence to deal with individuals at all levels in the organization, Proven conflict resolution skills
